Is there a Minimum sales volume at Surf City Properties?
No. We treat you like an adult. Run your business your way. Sell one or one-hundred homes a year. For most agents the commission selling one home will be equal to selling many at another company. Which would you prefer?!
What about signs, Business cards and other materials?
We have a complete line of marketing products, all designed by professional graphic artists, to assure you a consistent high end look in all that you do. You are free to continue using any vendor of your choice, if you want we’ll supply you with artwork and templates.
What about risk management and E&O insurance?
We charge a $175 risk management fee per CLOSED transaction. This covers complete E&O insurance, legal advice and other risk management costs. It also covers any transaction that does not close.
Can I negotiate my commissions with clients?
Yes. You are free to set your own sales commissions; which allows you to better compete where needed as you see fit.
What kind of Broker support is available?
We offer 24/7 Broker support, advice and assistance every step of the way in a transaction. In person, by phone or email. Our support staff will assist you with everything from paperwork to client relations.
